Chelsey Creedon, PT, DPT, DirectorChelsey has always wanted to live in Colorado and moved here from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is originally from small town Iowa (Eldridge) and Illinois (Milan). She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Concordia University Nebraska. Chelsey went on to attend Concordia University Wisconsin where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Chelsey is a former college soccer player and coach who loves sports of any kind. She also enjoys many outdoor and water activities including hiking, biking, rock climbing, boating, and water skiing. She loves to learn about and visit other cultures and has aspirations of bringing her physical therapy knowledge and skills to treat patients in other countries in the future.

InterestsChelsey really enjoys working with orthopedic and sports related injuries. She utilizes a hands on approach incorporating manual therapy, exercise, and education into the individualized plan of care she creates for each patient. She enjoys taking the time to get to know her patients and helping them return to the health and lifestyle they desire.
