  • Drew Sowyrda, PT, DPT

    Treating Clinics: Lafayette
Although originally born in Massachusetts, Drew moved to Colorado in 2003 to attend the University of Colorado, Boulder and received his BA in Integrative Physiology. He later moved to California to attend Samuel Merritt University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Drew is excited to be back in Colorado with his wife and their two children, and to be joining the Altitude team. When not at work, Drew can be found skiing at his favorite Colorado resorts in the winter months or fly fishing throughout the summer and fall.

    Continuing Education and Certifications

Drew went on to complete a post-graduate residency in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). He is certified in Functioanl Dry Needling. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Interests

Drew's clinical interests include sports medicine, manual therapy, and PNF.
Drew believes the best approach is combining manual therapy with exercises to improve the way patients move. He wants to give each patient the tools they need to improve their quality of life and reach their goals, whether that goal is to sit without back pain or compete as a high level athlete.
