interests
In the clinic, she loves helping patients learn about how their body works, and collaborating with patients to problem solve and strategize for better recovery and injury prevention. As a rock climber of over 12 years, she has developed a special interest in understanding upper extremity injuries and their rehabilitation. At home, she can be found tending her vegetable and flower garden, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She is also fluent in Vietnamese.

Jen has a special interest in understanding the body’s myofascial slings, especially from her experience as an anatomy TA for medical and physical therapy students at UCSF. She likes to treat the whole body as a connected system and is dedicated to working with her patients to meet their personalized movement and activity goals.
