Lily was born and raised in Galesburg, Illinois. She grew up involved in several sports, but the love for dance and the performing arts swept her off her feet. For 14 years, Lily dedicated her time to intensive classical ballet training which created her love for studying the movement of the body. This led to her decision to dive head first into the profession of physical therapy. As a new addition to the Colorado family, Lily likes to spend her free time skiing, hiking, and spending time with family that lives locally. Her history of dance helps guide her patients to better body awareness and love for general exercise for better outcomes in physical therapy!
