
Michele was born and raised in Wheat Ridge, CO. She attended Mesa State College where she received her BA in Human Performance and Wellness with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology. Michele then attended University of Colorado where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2008.
Michele's interests are in orthopedic conditions and sports medicine related injuries. She utilizes manual therapy techniques in conjunction with specific therapeutic exercise programs to rehabilitate her patients and return them to their full potential. She has been trained in functional and trigger point dry needling. She also has a passion for working with hips and more specifically acetabular labral tears.
Michele is a former college soccer player who continues to enjoy the sport as well as Cross Fit, running,
snowboarding, skiing, camping and being outdoors. Michele enjoys being a physical therapist because she feels helping people become pain-free is one of the greatest gifts a person can give. She thrives on seeing patients return to the sports and activities they love.
