Francisca Stern
PT, DPT
Francisca was born and raised in Boulder. While working at the front desk of a PT clinic in Santa Monica she realized she wanted to become a PT. She graduated in 2013 and was working in Orthopedics primary in Chicago. She recently moved back to Colorado with her husband and two boys to be close to family and enjoy the outdoors. When Francisca is not in the office, she is busy chasing her energetic boys. She enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, sledding and sailing.
Interests
Francisca loves working with all ages and populations. She has extensive continuing education for pelvic core strengthening and enjoys working with pre and post partum patients. She also enjoys working with weekend warriors who are eager to get back to their favorite activity.
Treatment Philosophy
Francisca recognizes our daily activities - our work, exercise and physical routines - play a major role in how we define ourselves and measure our happiness. Therefore, she seeks to help her patients learn to make their daily activities sustainable, to avoid injury and ultimately promote long term, healthy outcomes, She works with her patients to understand more about their condition and to design treatments that are habit forming and complimentary to their lifestyles. Her biggest reward comes from watching her patients discover new routines that improve overall health and function and achieve meaningful, life long goals.
