John Tramontana
PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS
John Tramontana has 13+ years of sports/orthopedic experience, He has treated recreational, high school, college and professional athletes with goals of achieving new levels of performance. John conveys his competitive mindset on the treatment floor to get his athletes better quicker.
​
His personal achievements include completing several triathlons, half marathons, road races and Spartans. When he is outside of the clinic you can find John outside with his wife Jenna and two doodles, Bella and Piper.
Interests
John is a board-certified sport specialist and is knowledgeable in movement patterns required by sport and specific position. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the NSCA and holds other specialized certifications in blood flow restriction training (BFR) and Functional Range Conditioning as a mobility specialist (FRCms). John has volunteered at US Ironman Championships and treated athletes at the Asbury, NJ Cross-fit Games.
