Ozzy Ogbomo
PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, OCS, COMT, MTC
Originally from Munich, Germany, Ozzy first came to the United States on a basketball scholarship. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University and went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. Deeply fascinated by the intricacies of the human movement system, Ozzy is committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
He is a fellowship mentor with the Manual Therapy Institute and contributes to a multidisciplinary team with the Suitcase of Courage initiative, focusing on injury prevention and movement optimization for industrial athletes in the workplace.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Ozzy is an avid adventurer. He enjoys running, climbing, and mountaineering, constantly seeking to challenge himself and surpass personal milestones. He has summited all 58 of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks, soloed more than 20 routes across the Flatirons, and explored numerous remote canyons in the Utah desert. One of his most memorable expeditions was retracing the path of Aron Ralston—featured in the film 127 Hours—a journey that included a 17-mile desert bike ride followed by 18 miles of technical canyoneering.
When not in the clinic or on the trail, Ozzy enjoys time with his energetic Dutch Shepherd, Niko, who ensures there’s never a dull moment.

Treatment Philosophy
Ozzy believes that the majority of musculoskeletal pain disorders stem from suboptimal movement patterns. His treatment approach begins with a thorough assessment to identify the dysfunctional movement contributing to the patient’s symptoms. Interventions are then directed toward restoring optimal movement through a combination of manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and neuromuscular re-education. Once proper movement mechanics are re-established, the system is progressively loaded to build resilience and support long-term function.
