Stacy Prendiville

PT, DPT

With a lifelong background in gymnastics, Stacy Prendiville brings both athletic experience and personal insight into the world of movement and performance. Growing up as a military child, she lived across the country and learned to adapt, persevere, and thrive in new environments. Stacy has lived in 7 different states including WI, LA, WA, NV, AZ, UT, and now CO. A former Level 9 gymnast who trained over 32 hours a week while attending school at a young age, Stacy understands the physical and mental demands placed on athletes. When not actively practicing gymnastics, Stacy performed and competed in dance and wintergaurd. Stacy understands firsthand the dedication required to balance academics, training, and life outside the gym.

Now living in Colorado, she continues to train and compete in gymnastics, explore the outdoors, and pursue new challenges with the same dedication she brings to her professional and athletic pursuits. Stacy’s love for movement and curiosity extend beyond physical therapy and the gym—she enjoys learning new skills, embracing new hobbies, and unwinding with her golden retriever and a good TV show.

Interests

Stacy is passionate about orthopedics and sports medicine, with a particular interest in helping athletes understand the importance of quality movement over volume. She aims to work closely with gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, and performing artists to reduce injuries as well as promote safe, efficient, and high-level performance.

Treatment Philosophy

I believe in the power of combining manual therapy with exercise and movement. I like to create a balance of both mobility and stability to help create optimal physical health. I want to make sure each patients rehabilitation is specific to their needs and to build their independence.
