Travis Neuhaus
PT, DPT
Travis was born in Carbondale, Illinois and raised throughout Arizona. Travis was practicing PT in Phoenix, Arizona at an outpatient orthopedic clinic with a focus in sports medicine, prior to moving to Colorado in the Fall of 2021. In his free time Travis enjoys competing in numerous sports including basketball, soccer, volleyball and disc golf.
You can also find him getting caught up with some friends playing a variety of board games including Wingspan, Catan, Ticket to Ride and many more. He is a strong proponent of waking up early and hitting the gym or trail to get his daily dose of exercise, which he believes is the best medicine for the body and mind.
Interests
Travis is passionate about the entire field of physical therapy, but has spent his career working in outpatient orthopedic clinics. His interests include sports, exercise prescription, manual therapy and orthopedics.
Treatment Philosophy
Travis has experience with numerous types of manual therapy including trigger point dry needling, myofascial decompression (cupping), IASTM and joint mobilizations. He believes that educating patients on their condition and anatomy associated with it is imperative to the rehabilitation process. His goal as a physical therapist is to utilize a combination of exercise, manual therapy and education to improve function and confidence for everyday life.
