Chelsey Taggart, PT, DPT

Chelsey has been a member of the Altitude team since 2015. She joined before even officially moving to Colorado by having her last clinical rotation of PT school at our Lafayette location.

Ashley Mekkelsen, PT, DPT

Ashley was born and raised in Vermont, spending much of her time outdoors with her family, downhill skiing, waterskiing, and snorkeling on Lake Champlain.

David Simmons, PT, DPT

David grew up on Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. He was drawn to Denver by the mountains and the outdoor activities that are close by.

Erica Hellmuth, PT, MPT

Erica has been in Colorado since 2001 and is enjoying all the activities and beauty the state has to offer. She remains an avid Steelers fan!

Nicole Cazzaniga, PT, DPT, CIDN

Nicole is from St. Louis, Missouri and did all of her school at University of Missouri. She completed her last clinical in Denver and loved the area so much she decided to move here!

Will Foxman, PT, DPT

Will was born in Arizona, but grew up in the Philadelphia area where he found his love for sports. By the end of high school, he had his eyes set on physical therapy to combine his love for sports and helping others.
